The FE Choices: Learner Satisfaction Survey is an annual opportunity for our apprentices to tell us, and our stakeholders, what they think of us. The survey is intended to provide comparable information to help learners and employers make informed choices about education and training, through performance indicators held on the National Careers Website. The information held is nationally collected and the resulting measures cover aspects such as success rates and learner satisfaction.
Interserve Learning & Employment is pleased to announce that in the 2014/2015 survey, of providers with over 5,000 learners we came out top; with a learner satisfaction score of 9.4.
That means that if you’re interested in becoming an apprentice, or hiring one, with Interserve Learning & Employment you’re in safe hands.
