Learner recruitment, selection and assessment
We offer a free apprenticeship recruitment service to employers working with us. Our experienced team of specialist recruiters know what it takes when it comes to finding a brilliant apprentice and supporting you in a simple and seamless way. We provide a thorough recruitment service, from advertising to CV sifting and screening so that the right apprentice for your business can be found.
Apprenticeship levy managed services
As part of a large employer ourselves, we know that navigating your way through the apprenticeship levy can be tricky. Luckily, we know the apprenticeship levy inside and out, having spent thousands of hours getting to grips with it and supporting employers to maximise the business benefits it can bring. We are here to make things as easy and simple as possible for you, from identifying business needs through to managing the back office processes. We can help you to understand the apprenticeship levy, advise you how to use it to or even manage and coordinate the apprenticeship levy on your behalf.
