If you have a passion for making things right, for providing important information and giving timely advice and support you have what it takes to become a customer service apprentice. This full-time, work-based course allows you to earn while you learn. You’ll train within a customer service environment ensuring that you gain the experience needed to really excel and to achieve a qualification that is recognised nationally.

How will I learn?

Can I apply?

Anyone aged 16 to 64 who is interested in a career in customer service can apply for the course, as long as you are not in full-time education.
