Do you want to work with children?
A childcare traineeship could be your first step into a bright career in the early years sector. If you are aged 16 to 24, not in work or education, and want to work in childcare, then a traineeship could be for you.
The traineeship opportunity will give you valuable work experience to add to your CV and support with future job opportunities.
The short programme is designed and delivered by sector experts who truly understand what it’s like to start out in the childcare sector. They will teach fundamental subjects such as duty of care; behaviours and attitudes; health & safety and principles and values – all of which will prepare you for the interview process with employers.
Inspire Learning & Employment will work with you to prepare you for the future, which could include a full time, paid apprenticeship. We’ll even help with your Maths and English skills if required.
And what happens after? A childcare traineeship could lead to wider possibilities and even a full time apprenticeship course alongside a long term position within the sector.
