How you can redefine lives with us
You would be responsible for supporting apprentices to achieve their aspirations by:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with apprentices and their employers
- Providing regular guidance, encouragement and progress monitoring
- Providing engaging teaching and learning activities through a variety of methods including: classroom-based sessions; workshops and online learning
- Meeting the achievement target rates for the sector and ensuring all apprentices who are able to, have the opportunity to progress
