Discounts, for apprentices? Go on then.

Hez’s NUS card experience

While I’m now a qualified apprentice, working in the Citizen Services marketing team at Interserve, I started here in April 2017 as a young student. Almost immediately my manager suggested that I should have an NUS card because of how many benefits it has.

The NUS card has so many perks to take advantage of and there are so many clothing shops and restaurants where you can use it plus plenty more discounts. There have been lots of times when my friends and I have been to a restaurant before going to the cinema, where the NUS card has been a big help for me.

In the past I’ve ordered T-Shirts, jumpers, jeans and other clothing from my favourite brands, so I feel like the NUS card has been important for this too. In the future I hope it has more discounts for other clothing shops, but it seems the options and therefore choice keeps growing.

Honestly, I would recommend this to anyone who is eligible to have it, it’s been a big help and useful thing to have in my back pocket. Don’t miss out! And if you do find it of benefit, let me hear about your experience and I’ll add your story into a future newsletter. Just drop me the details via email to Hezekiah.jepson@interserve.com.
