Each person that signs up will complete a professionally recognised CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management and gain an in depth knowledge of HR. The challenges of today's HR professional aren't for the faint-hearted so we like to think this this new qualification in HR is created for the brave and will prepare your team to become the best in their field.

Each learner will gain an understanding of the vagaries of business and changes in HR legislation, policy and process. This will take place through tailored business-centred advice around the interpretation and application of actual HR policies and processes.
