Interserve Learning & Employment gets Investors In People and matrix Standard

National  employment and skills provider Interserve Learning & Employment. is delighted to announce that it has been successful in simultaneously achieving both Investors In People (IIP) and the matrix standard. IIP is the UK’s leading people management standard and matrix is the quality standard for organisations to assess and measure their advice and guidance services. Gaining both demonstrates that Interserve Learning & Employment. actively supports its people to achieve success whilst providing an excellent service to its customers.

The 800-strong organisation operates out of 20 offices nationwide and provides expert services to help people find work and training, matching jobseekers and learners to employers with vacancies. A major provider of Apprenticeships nationwide, Interserve Learning & Employment. helps thousands of aspiring young people into meaningful careers to earn while they learn in sectors including childcare, health and social care, hospitality, hair and business.

Kevin Clarke, Interserve Learning & Employment. Training and Policy Manager guided the organisation through the award process, and said “This is fantastic news!  To have been successful in meeting both the matrix and IIP standards really sets Interserve Learning & Employment. apart as a business that supports its people and partners to deliver real value for our customers.”

The assessment process included interviews with many employees, customers and suppliers, many of whom were quoted in the final assessment. “The staff were professional and good – they helped me personally – felt Interserve Learning & Employment. are on your side and there to help” said one particular customer. Interserve Learning & Employment. has a “strong track record for delivering quality training” a supply chain partner commented, with an Interserve Learning & Employment. employee giving the most encouraging endorsement: “It really is a great place to work and I could see me spending the rest of my working life here”.

Without the honest input from those interviewed Interserve Learning & Employment. would not have been successful: “The assessors were highly complimentary of Interserve Learning & Employment. and our employees. The lead assessor for the awards was also very positive about the assessment “This is the first joint assessment for both matrix and IIP and Interserve Learning & Employment. has demonstrated that it meets the matrix standard and operates at the IIP Core Standard – the overall impression from the assessment is that the quality of service delivered and confirmed by learners and customers is seen to be of a high standard.”
