Interserve Learning & Employment has launched a significant management training programme in key people management principles and employment law as part of our vision to develop and maintain a well-engaged team. The programme includes people, performance and absence management modules, the basics of sound management. With over 140 managers and team leaders attending the three day programme since its launch, the programme represents a significant investment in our workforce. Speaking about the company’s investment in its training plans for the next twelve months, Head of HR, Jonathan Gallie said: “This programme is just one of a number of new training initiatives being introduced across all levels of the business this year, as we seek to embed our values which are central to the way we operate across the business. The programme also trains our management teams in best practice employment law and people management”.
