Trying to find work? We have just the programme to suit you.

If you’re currently out of work, for whatever reason, and are referred to one of our programmes, we want you to know you’re in good hands. Working with local community partners and specialists, we will make sure that you receive the best support to find a job you want and to keep it. We have a mix of programmes to suit your individual situation, which consist of mix of work placements, skills training, information, advice and guidance (IAG) and assistance with job searching, applications and interviews – all intended to help you to sort out those issues that might currently be stopping you from moving into work. So, if you do find yourself signposted to one of our branches, we’ll get the kettle on and see you there.

Making work pay

You could have been made redundant, have been out of work for some time or have a health condition that’s stopped you from working. Whatever your reason for being unemployed, we can provide you with all the support, guidance and tools you’ll need to find a job and keep it. And what’s more, your benefits will not be affected while you’re with us. We’ll also provide you with the advice and information needed to ensure that your return to work will be a profitable one, where you enjoy the best in both financial and personal rewards.
Interserve Learning & Employment champions inclusion. We’re accredited by Job Centre Plus to display the Disability Confident symbol because we encourage job applications from disabled people and we make every effort to develop those that become our employees. We also aim to retain our employees with disabilities through regular support discussions. Displaying this symbol means that we review our commitments to inclusion regularly and constantly plan ways to improve.
