|Salary||£30-34,000 per annum (Southern weighting up to £4,000 depending on home address)|
How you can redefine lives with us
You would be responsible for supporting apprentices to achieve their aspirations by:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with apprentices and their employers
- Providing regular guidance, support and progress monitoring
- Providing engaging teaching and learning activities by a variety of methods including: In the classroom; In workshops; Online learning
- Meeting the achievement target rates for the sector and ensuring all apprentices who are able to, have the opportunity to progress
