Realise secure exclusive partnership with Noodle Now
Apprentices in early years settings are to be given access to a new specialist E-learning platform thanks to an innovative partnership.
Realise, one of the UK’s leading training providers, has joined forces with early years specialists NoodleNow! to give its apprentices exclusive access to high quality, online CPD Accredited courses which can be utilised in their working careers.
By training with NoodleNow! every practitioner studying with Realise will have the opportunity to increase their skills and knowledge through a variety of online training courses.
Karen Derbyshire, head of sector for Realise, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be working with NoodleNow!
“For us it’s all about being able to offer our early years learners the highest quality of service to help them succeed and have rewarding careers.
“To be able to say we’re the only training provider in the country that can offer people access to the NoodleNow! platform is really exciting and will help us to provide added value to our learners.
“It’s early days but the feedback we’ve received from our apprentices has been really positive so long may that continue.”
Realise has continued to grow over the last 12 months despite the pandemic and this latest announcement strengthens its position in the early years and childcare sector.
NoodleNow! is used by over 7,000 nurseries across the UK and managing director Craig Stables believes the best is yet to come following this collaboration.
He said: “Since we started six years ago, we’ve always wanted to partner with a top training provider so we’re thrilled to announce this news.
“We were approached by a lot of companies during our search but Realise felt right straight away and I knew they would be the best fit for us.
“From the very first conversation I had with Gregg (Scott, Realise managing director) I knew that we shared similar ambitions to grow and improve our offerings and I think the exclusivity of this partnership will definitely help us achieve that.
“In just the first week we saw over 740 new users join our service and start completing our online courses so I’m extremely excited to see what the future holds.”
