Working with our partners

We recently held an Interserve Learning & Employment ‘Delivery Partner Workshop’, involving colleagues from across our Skills and Employment operations, to support our ongoing development of relationships, sharing of good practice and ultimately enhancing the quality of our provision.

This short film captures the day perfectly, demonstrating the good working practices not only between Interserve Learning & Employment and our partners, but between the partners themselves; driven by our facilitating networking and arranging training sessions, many were able to realise contracting opportunities with each other. Partners discussed a host of exciting topics , participated in effective training on sales and marketing techniques and reviewed what the Interserve values mean to them. And last but not least, we all agreed several meaningful and beneficial sustainability objectives for the coming year. So what difference can we make together?

A significant one – we need partners on board who can help us provide a wide range of services and support to a diverse group of customers. We’ll create an environment for subcontracting that will encourage real innovation, and will engage you in the design of collaborative solutions to support the hardest to help back into work. Our Management fees are subject to negotiation however the core fee charged by ILE for management overheads for quality and contractual compliance aspects will be up to 20% depending on the extent of what is provided. Help us to change the way employment and skills services are provided to release the potential in every person that comes to us for help.
